งานประกาศผลรางวัลแกรมมี่ประจำปีนี้จัดขึ้นที่ Staples Center ในนคร Los Angeles, California ในวันที่ 8 ก.พ โดยผู้ชนะในค่ำคืนนี้คือนักร้องหนุ่มชาวอังกฤษ Sam Smith ผู้คว้ารางวัลใหญ่ 4 รางวัล คือนักร้องหน้าใหม่ยอดเยี่ยมหรือ Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album, Record of the Year และ Song of the Year for จากเพลง "Stay With Me"
